1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the MDG99 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other provided method — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document.

MDG99 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You are therefore encouraged to review this page periodically.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the MDG99 platform immediately. For any enquiries regarding these terms, you may contact our support team via live chat, available 24 hours a day.

2Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the MDG99 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or gaming restriction issued by any relevant authority.
• Possess a valid and verifiable identity when requested.
• Act on your own behalf only, and not as an agent or representative of any other party.
• Not using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account on the MDG99 platform. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being terminated and all fund balances forfeited without compensation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. MDG99 reserves the right to reject registration or suspend an account if the information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

MDG99 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and several others. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit: Deposited funds will be credited to your account within 1–5 minutes after successful payment confirmation. If the credit fails within that timeframe, please contact our customer support with proof of transaction for immediate investigation.

Withdrawal: Successfully verified withdrawal requests will be processed within 5–15 minutes. Withdrawals will be credited to the bank account or e-wallet registered and verified during the KYC process. MDG99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts unrelated to the player's account.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: MYR 30 per transaction.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: MYR 50,000 (subject to account VIP level).
• Your first withdrawal requires a completed identity verification (KYC) before it can be processed.
• MDG99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for transactions exceeding certain limits.

Any withdrawal attempt using bank account details that do not match the registered name on the MDG99 account will be automatically rejected for the player's security.

4Bonus & Promotion Policy

MDG99 offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and special seasonal promotions. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the Promotions us.

The general terms applicable to all MDG99 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, account, IP address, or device.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirement (rollover/wagering requirement) has been fully met.
• Bonus wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x depending on the promotion type — please check the details of each promotion separately.
• MDG99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud, system exploitation, or promotion abuse.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically upon the validity period ending, without prior notice.

Players found opening multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses repeatedly will have their accounts terminated and all fund balances and bonuses forfeited.

5Game Rules & Wagering

All games offered on the MDG99 platform — including Live Casino, Slots, Fish Shooting Games, and Sports Betting — operate using a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and certified, or through licensed and reputable live casino providers.

Players must comply with the game rules set by each respective game provider. MDG99 is not responsible for any disputed game outcomes arising from technical errors on the part of third-party providers, but we will make every effort to assist in resolving any issues that arise.

• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or software errors is strictly prohibited.
• The use of automation software, bots, or third-party tools that provide an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
• Game results that have been completed and confirmed by the system are final and cannot be disputed, unless there is clear verifiable evidence of a technical failure.
• MDG99 reserves the right to void bets placed during a technical disruption and will refund the bet amount to the player.

For Sports Betting, minimum and maximum betting limits vary by event type and market. All limits are clearly displayed on the betting interface before you confirm your bet.

6Account Security & KYC

MDG99 practises a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to platform security and fraud prevention. This process requires players to submit valid identification documents before their first withdrawal or when requested by our team.

Documents typically required during the KYC process include:

• Valid national identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Recent bank statement or utility bill (not older than 3 months) as proof of address.
• Screenshot or deposit transaction receipt if requested for verification purposes.

All information and documents submitted for KYC purposes are stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and will not be shared with any third party without your consent, except as required by law or a competent authority.

7Account Termination & Suspension

MDG99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.

• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Threatening, harassing, or disrespectful behaviour towards staff or other players.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support. Any valid remaining balance (after deducting any bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player within 3–5 business days.

Accounts terminated due to terms violations are not eligible to open a new account or claim any remaining funds associated with fraudulent activity.

8Liability Limits & Disclaimers

The MDG99 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis (as-is). While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly and reliably at all times, MDG99 makes no guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from disruptions, bugs, or technical errors.

MDG99 will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions resulting from system maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
• Any legal action arising from online gambling in the jurisdiction where you are located — it is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your area.

Any dispute arising between a player and MDG99 will first be resolved through our official customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved through those channels, both parties agree to refer the matter to independent and neutral arbitration.
